Validity of the sales contract, goods and price information
These terms and conditions of sale are valid when purchasing goods from the kastanililled.ee online store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. The presented prices include 20% VAT valid in the Republic of Estonia. A fee for the delivery of the goods is added to the price if the buyer has not chosen the condition “I will pick it up myself” instead of delivery.
Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods, but in the case of flowers, not all parameters may be accurate. In the absence of an exact match, the components of the sample submitted in the Online Store have been replaced with equivalent ones. The pictures of the bouquets are illustrative.
Placing an order
To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of product delivery. In the case of the courier service, the day and time of the desired delivery can also be indicated on the cash register page. The screen will then display the amount of the fee that can be paid using the predefined payment solutions. To confirm the order, it is necessary to agree to the terms of sale of the Online Store by ticking the appropriate box.
Delivery
Goods are sent only within Lääne County in Estonia.
The delivery fee depends on the location of the recipient of the order. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when ordering.
Shipments are expected to reach the destination specified by the buyer by the time specified in the order, but we do not guarantee delivery earlier than 5 hours from the moment of placing the order. We guarantee delivery to the destination no later than within 24 hours of receiving payment for the order.
Payment
In the online store you can pay with Estonian bank links mediated by Maksekeskus AS:
Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay.
The personal data necessary for making payments is forwarded by Makslikeskus AS, the authorized processor of Ülliko OÜ.
You can pay with a credit card through the payment intermediary Stripe, who also transmits the necessary payer information.
Ülliko OÜ is the chief processor of personal data.
You can also pay on the basis of an invoice generated in the online store. The corresponding information is sent to the subscriber’s e-mail address automatically. Payments will only be accepted in euros.
Order cancellation
The buyer has the right to cancel the order before delivery. In case of cancellation, the Online Store will return the paid amount to the Buyer’s account in full within 5 working days. The order can be canceled only on working days and no later than the day before the day of delivery at 12.00. To cancel, send an e-mail to info@kastanililled.ee or call +372 5078509. Cancellations made later will not be compensated.
The order cannot be canceled for special orders that are not part of the regular e-flower shop products.
If the shipment does not reach the addressee due to incomplete information provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for the shipment. If the recipient of the goods refuses to accept the goods, the money paid for the order will not be refunded.
Returns
As the Online Store only sells flowers, which are perishable goods, there is generally no return of the goods. However, the consignee of the goods has the right to refuse to accept the goods immediately upon delivery of the goods if the goods have been obviously damaged or damaged.
